Return Process

  Log into your MilitaryKart account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original tactical packaging with all tags attached to ensure the gear remains in resalable condition.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
